Service Description

In this 4-week package, we will have a 30 min weekly virtual session during the postpartum period. During these calls we can discuss how to support and rest after birth, important postpartum nutrition needs, recovering from a vaginal birth or what care should be taken after cesarean delivery, help with postpartum conditions (ie constipation, engorgement, mastitis, afterpains, edema, etc.) and so much more! After each session you will receive an emailed summary of what was discussed.
